The artistic expression is crazy…and it came at a time when women in videos didn’t come darker than caramel…women who had straight features and long hair. Don’t get me wrong- because they truly represented beautiful black women as well- but I missed seeing our dark skinned sisters, with full features and natural hair being beautiful and sexy. Thanks to Bilial for turning a tribute to Black women…into an anthem!
