What makes me beautiful is the beauty I see in others. Not just physical beauty but inner beauty. You can always gain inspiration from others to make yourself a more beautiful being as a whole….but, good dna and some mac makeup doesn’t hurt.

  2. avatar Beverley says:

The things that makes me most beautiful is knowing that I have God in my life and everything I need is abundantly supplied. I look at everyone I meet and I can see the Christ in each one no what their circumstances. In addition to that just smiling at everyone I meet and receiving smiles back (sometimes before I can even smile at them) makes me feel wonderful.

WHAT MAKES ME BEAUTIFUL AS A PERSON IS MY INNER BEAUTY,I AM VERY HUMBLE,CARING, AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS AND THEIR FEELINGS.I AM THAT TYPE OF PERSON WHO WOULD GIVE MY LAST TO HELP YOU AND NEVER WANTING ANYTHING IN RETURN OTHER THAN HAPPINESS.MY MOM OFTEN SAY TO ME THAT I’M A BEAUTIFUL PERSON INSIDE AND OUT BECAUSE I ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR THE WELL BEING OF OTHERS AND NOT JUST MYSELF.SO THAT’S WHAT I BELIEVE MAKES ME BEAUTIFUL AS A PERSON.

  4. There is nothing like a person’s drive and persistence to turn an ugly situation into a beautiful success story. I am a clinical psychology doctoral student at a school in Vermont (where I, infortunately, can’t find Elasta QP Mango Butter, by the way). While I recognize how blessed I am to be in an institute of higher learning, pursuing my dreams, I can be the first to tell you about how difficult it’s been to shift my lifestyle from the comforts and diversity of my hometown of Atlanta to the homogeneity of Burlington, VT.

I joke that I’m allergic to Vermont because of some of the difficulties I’ve experienced here. From racist grafitti in my apartment building to being recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I have shed my share of tears. At the same time, though, it is my drive and persistence that comfort me and guarantee that I will not leave this state without defending my dissertation (even if it means stocking up on Mango Butter everytime I take a trip to Atlanta). And to me, that’s truly a beautiful thing.

  6. avatar Jordane Collins says:

My quest for love makes me beautiful. I’ve looked for love in all the wrong places and I’ve been hurt, but I haven’t given up, I’m determined. I’m motivated to find that love that breaks rules and makes me exhale.

  7. avatar Susie J. says:

My smile, style and love for myself!

  8. avatar Danni says:

    My beautiful brown skin.

  9. avatar Lovie says:

My acceptance of my natural hair texture, my African heritage and the fact that I inherited my Mommy’s beautiful smile.

  10. avatar RAEYONDA says:

BEAUTY IS A GIFT THAT WE ALL HAVE. EVERY WOMAN SEES HERSELF AS BEING BEAUTIFUL IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS!! WHAT MAKES ME BEAUTIFUL IS MY SMILE , EYES, DETERMINATION, HEART AND PERSONALITY. IT IS A DANGEROUS GOOD COMBINATION BECAUSE NONE OF IT IS A FAKE TASK TO SEEK . HAVING THE SMILE OF A CHILD , THE EYES OF AN ANGEL, THE DETERMINATION OF A HAWK , THE HEART OF A SHOOTING STAR AND THE PERSONALITY OF ADMIRANCE AND HONESTY IS WHAT MAKES ME BEAUTIFUL IN ALLL WAYS!!!!

  11. avatar JRosalind says:

My freckles make me beautiful. It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally learned to love and appreciate how unique they make me. No camouflaging foundation for me!

  12. avatar Edith Hughes Patterson says:

My inner and outer beauty is a warm SMILE.

  13. avatar Regena says:

After 38 years of life, I have come to realize that what makes me beautiful is truly what can not been seen with the human eye but definetly felt with the heart.

  14. avatar Jean says:

My faith in God and the assurance of salvation makes me beautiful. The knowledge that I am complete, whole, and ultimately made in His image, secures this understanding. Put in this humble, yet most profound perspective validates one’s sense of self-efficacy.

  15. avatar Ashley Barnett says:

Because I am created in God’s image and because of the hard work and sacrifice of countless Black women before me, I am TRULY beautiful!

  16. avatar Tracie B says:

My laugh makes me beautiful. There is nothing more pleasant that to be in the presence of someone who can laugh and does not take the world so seriously. That person gets it. I get what life is truly about. And I plan on enjoying every minute of it until God calls me home.

  17. avatar Latoya says:

The thing that makes me beautiful is the my ever forgiving mind and soul. I have been through so much in my life and through it all God has given me the gift of understanding people in different views.

  18. avatar Chrismar says:

I think that my hair makes me beautiful. I believe that every kink, curl, wave and ringlet helps define my face. The fact that my own hair makes me beautiful makes me happy and proud of myself. I’m proud of myself for embrassing my black roots. I’m proud of myself for not going to the store or salon, and getting a relaxer or perm. My skin also adds to my beauty, because with the color of my skin comes hard trials, and when I’m going through these hard trials I get stronger and stronger, therefore I become beautiful. So basically since my parents created me the way I am they made me beautiful.

  19. avatar Rochelle Hill says:

My confidence and poise makes me beautiful. I could be running errands with a scarf on, going out with girlfriends with a “bouncing and behaving” hairdo or wearing a conservative hairstyle for a business presentation, my confidence always come through. Then, once you enter a space poise, for a woman, is like a brother’s swagger. If I present myself properly everyone notices and wants to know more about me!
