OH LORD! That’s just what we need. More white people thinking ALL blacks are ghetto & ignorant because of what they see on BET!! I hate Viacom and BET!!!

& duh! on the genetic study but it’s still a good look that they are still proving it.

  2. Keysha E. says:

I Agree Emery… now the images of some of our least savory brothers & sisters will be will continue to spread the ignorance they protray through “SOME” of the videos they make.

    Question :

If Obama wins shoudl he work to stop all of the injustices that we as black people are afced with weather it be at our own hands or at the hands of others?

  3. Keysha E. – Obama definately should not ignore injustice. He should have more of a role than any previous President but at the same time stay focused that his job consists of much more than the black community. We should remain aware of that also and not expect him to show up (Tavis) at every black event or carry every black cause.

  4. T Ronise says:

Down with Viacom!! They’re out to make black people look like fools! And I agree with blackandmarried, Obama should not be down for every black cause because some are not well thought out.

  5. 20 years to file a appeal or something, yeah thats a long time. Just like solving a murder 20 years later, its unnecessary. Unless there is something spectacular that happens like the advent of DNA evidence. Say something earlier. I don’t know anything about the case, but that bit of info seems like much whatever the case.

    Um, Emery…
What white people think about Black people shouldn’t be the reason to be upset about BET’s expansion overseas. Collectively, white people have thought incorrectly and ignorantly about Black people for centuries. BET may influences their thoughts, but I’m much more concerned about how networks like this manipulate Black minds.
