I like it…the old soul feel reminds me of riding in the car with my parents listening to classic soul on kiss FM. When im in the car with them I dont even change the station anymore I just enjoy it.
love it. he has always been a visionary though has not gotten enough credit for keeping soul alive in music.

Man, this is clearly the most anticipated album for me…Instant Vintage was amazing, but this one is looking to shape up even better. Raphael Saadiq is sprinkling the fountain of youth two times daily on his face, and pouring the rest into his timeless productions – love this cat.
I’ve always thought (and still think) that he has one of the most distinctive voices in the music industry. I like this, it put me in a rather sensual and uplifted mood.
