I used to like the way she dressed, now she is crossing lines that may have bled into being tacky. Being fashion forward and tacky are very fine lines. Luckily, her swag, attitude or confidence helps her to pull it off. Otherwise, these clothes would wear her.
I think what she’s wearing is fine, but her hair is what gets me. What’s with the yellow highlights? Yikes.
