Tyra Banks Poses in Honor of McQueen
Tyra Banks ended her 5-year talk show last Friday, now the media mogul returns to the gig that made her a household name.
Notable for covering the pages of Sports Illustrated and her work with Victoria’s Secret, the 37-year-old model re-signed with IMG agency. Banks poses in honor of the late designer Alexander McQueen in this photo taken for her online magazine. Channeling a Queen Elizabeth-esque look holding a sign that reads “All Hail McQueen,” the supermodel says, “McQueen was considered royalty in the fashion community. I would like to think that he would have loved these photos.” Fashion power player Andre Leon Talley and the adorable little one Gianni joins Banks in the photographic tribute.
Banks also honors McQueen by dedicating the latest and final season of ‘America’s Next Top Model’ to the designer. Acclaimed British designer Alexander McQueen notable for his avant garde and unconventional designs committed suicide in February. He was 40.

Huh, what... oh, you must have meant Escalade.
Sometimes I feel like Tyra ODs when it comes to the “model poses” but that is why she was a supermodel. She took modeling to a whole new level. But to be honest, I am not crazy about these photos because I wish they were on site at some Scottish castle and not some studio.

I definitely agree with Shermel about it being on location at a Scottish castle, however these photos are in my best Tyra voice FIERCE! The makeup, costuming, jewelry, and that cute little girl is absolutely fabulous!
