Solange Performs With Of Montreal On ‘The Jimmy Fallon Show’
Solange performed on the ‘The Jimmy Fallon Show’ on Thursday with Kevin Barnes, lead singer band Of Montreal. The duo sang an upbeat pop track called “Sex Karma.” Solange has been giving fans steady updates on her third album via her Twitter. We’re excited to see what direction the 24-year-old artist will take. Looks like Solange is broadening her sound and her personal style. She wore a colorful print look–a yellow and white silk tank paired with black and white loose fit trousers. We’re in love with Solange’s necklace–an multi-colored East African inspired look.

I’m not fully sure how I feel about this but the more I watch it, the more I lean towards the direction of liking it… Solange seemed very comfortable and confident performing… I can dig it.
I really liked the song! The lead singer Of Montreal has a really nice voice, he & Solange blended well together. I can picture Solange being a lite soul/pop singer.
Solange is also coming into her own style.
This confirms to me that I would absolutely not know who Solange was, if not for the existence of Beyonce and Destiny’s Child. In my opinion her singing is mediocre, at best.
Always liked Of Montreal’s refusal to be boxed in a genre. Not best the song ever but I like it! The collaboration with Solange works for me and I appreciate her more for doing her own thing.

I love it! The lead singer’s got a hot voice I must say, fits the song perfectly. Solange is barely on the song though, lol. Wish her voice was a little stronger, too. She was working it though and her outfit’s amazing! I like her new look and direction. I ain’t mad at you Solange, get it!
