‘Young, Fat & Fabulous’ Blogger Gabi Gregg is MTV’s New ‘Twitter Jocky’
Gabi Gregg, the fashion head behind the amazing plus-size style blog Young, Fat and Fabulous is MTV’s new Twitter Jocky. The 23 year-old Detroit native won the music network’s “Follow Me: The Search for the Firs MTV TJ” on Sunday at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in Brookyn, New York.
Gabi was one of 20 final picks chosen by MTV for a $100,000 contract to become the network’s social media representative.
The new MTV TJ says, “My main goal is to really connect with the audience,” Gabi whose Twitter handle is @gabifresh
told MTV. “I don’t want to be the same as the MTV Twitter, I want to keep it personable and keep in touch with the followers. I want to give them a voice.”
Gabi won by popular vote during every elimination round. MTV lovers can follow the new winner @MTVTJ.
