Dad Castrates 57-year-old Man For Dating Teenage Daughter
R. Kelly better be happy he didn’t mess with this man’s daughter. Recently, Helmut Seifert, a German man, pled guilty to attacking Phillip Genscher, the 57-year-old man who dated Seifert’s 17-year-old daughter.
After going to police to complain about his daughter’s relationship with the considerably older Genshcher, Seifert took matters into his own hands . . . literally.
According to reports, Seifert enlisted two of his coworkers to help him to teach Mr. Genscher a lesson.
During the attack, “[Genscher] was forced to remove his trousers and, fully conscious, he was castrated,” police said. “The severed testicles were taken away by the perpetrator.”
After the attack, Genscher nearly bled to death, but managed to call for help. They were able to save his life, but not his jewels.
According to German police officers, Mr. Seifert made no apologies for his actions.
“I received a phone call anonymously that my daughter was involved with a guy 40 years older than her. You said you couldn’t stop him—so I did. I saw it as my duty as a father,” he alleged said during questioning.
He is expected to stand trial for attempted murder sometime next year.

it’s nice to know that a damn near 60 year old man’s nuts are more important to yout then him being involved in an inappropriate relationship with a teenager.and as for the court system; it’s too bad that crimes involving sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and rape have some the the lowest reporting rates, and conviction rates, and some of the higest recidivism rates. some of the jail terms aren’t even that long. this why i’m on the fence about people taking the law into their own hands regarding this issue. i know that if it was my child or some other child i cared about being abused by somebody that old, i wouldn’t bother calling the police because I’D be handling it. maybe i would end up in jail, but that person would never have their balls again.

I said you don’t go around cutting peoples nuts off in vigilante justice, because one the law is against it, two you end up doing more harm to the person you were supposed to protect and three vigilantism doesn’t bother with due process so the chances that some one innocent getting killed is high. this came off as you putting a premium on a 60 man’s balls being over the fact that he’s using them to prey on a 17 year old girl. i don’t care where or how that girl is “spreading that butt” as you said, one person is CLEARLY the fully developed adult in the situation and one person is the developing adolescent. if anybody is obligated to be the responsible party it’s the person who damn near a senior citizen. if there are any other older men sniffing around her, they should have a enough maturity and self control to leave her alone. a father shouldn’t have to go to these lengths to protect his impressionable vunerable teenager from grown men who should know better in the first place.

um, as i said, i can understand why people often take the law into their own hands in these cases because due process is often denied. whether it be because police officers or prosecutors don’t believe or shame a victim, to losing, not processing, or making victims pay for expensive rape kits, to the low conviction rates, plea bargains, and low jail sentencing terms. someone could get sentenced to more jail time for being a drug dealer then for exposing himself to children. and THAT was my point.

This girl who use to baby- sit me as a child got pregnant at 16 by a 27 year old man and her father chased him down and shot him in the butt. He lived though lol. This is just an extreme case of what dad’s are suppose to do.

But seriously to play devil’s advocate I can see both sides of the story, I understand why the dad would be upset that his 17 year old daughter is dating a much older guy (what dad wouldn’t be) but at the same time it doesn’t seem like the guy was forcing himself on his daughter (not with the information given) so the dad should have took the issue up with is daughter by sending her away, monitoring her activities, or something less drastic. But at 17 what could you really do unless their “dating” started much earlier than 17 then I can see why the dad did what he did

I would have to agree with the poster Binks. I would have been HIGHLY upset with my daughter because she is MY responsibility. Knowing me, I’m sure I would have talked to her so she would have been well aware that dating a man that old while she is that young, would have made me upset, not to mention having sex with him, and then to top it off you get pregnant by him! C’mon! I’d have to check her since she’d want to be grown and just keep it real. I’m sure it would hurt her, but hey..you want to play grown, then you gotta be ready to stand in your own shyt like real grown women do. well this is europe and jail terms over there are shorter then in the u.s. and i think a lot of people will be sympathetic to his plight, so he might not be in jail that long. on the other hand that old pervert might think about 50 times before messing around with a teenager again.

I’m sure any parent would be upset by this relationship, but the girl was of the age of consent in Germany and unless a man forced himself on my child, this is an extreme measure that wouldn’t even cross my mind. And as another commentor said, with her father in jail, this girl is now free to be with anyone she wants.

I would just like to say that the father should have confronted the daughter, the article seems to imply that it was a relationship so both parties are consenting. It’s not ok to cut someone else’s private parts especially if that person has done nothing wrong.Caring for your loved one does not give anyone the right to seek vengeance when no criminal act has been committed. The legal age of consent is 14 in Germany so the father should have given some credit to his daughter, have a honest discussion with her AND her boyfriend and agree to disagree and disprove the relationship. BY acting the way he did he becomes the criminal and the irresponsible adult not to say that now the daughter can’t enjoy any of her old men….
