An ad from Carol’s Daughter now-controversial ad campaign featuring Cassie, Solange and Selita Ebanks has hit the web.

The ad features the new Monoi collection debuting May 1st, which features the Tahitian ingredient of the same name which promises to repair and restore hair by reducing breakage by 96%. It reads “10 days until your strongest, longest and most invincible hair” and stresses that the product is “for all hair types.”

Cassie is shown in the ad in a beige halter dress with gold hoops, studs and her signature half-shaven cut.

    Yeah, I’m wondering about the power of this oil too. I’ll give it a minute to see any results before I try it. I don’t know how someone can look at Cassie and not see pretty! But that’s just my opinion. What does she do – use her pretty face to make money – let’s just be glad she realized the big bucks were not in her singing!
