For someone who says she doesn’t do festival often, Beyonce hit it out the park performing at Glastonbury Music Festival. Headlining the event over the weekend, the singer performed in front of the thousands who attended the high profile festival, giving them a run through of some of her most memorable hits as well as a few unexpected covers.

Bey, who says she was “very nervous” had sent her set list over to Coldplay’ Chris Martin in advance for his approval as well as her hubby, Jay-Z, who headlined the festival back in 2008. The mega watt star shut it down performing old and new material and threw in her rendition of Kings of Leon’s “Sex on Fire” as well as Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones.” Though she was unable to attend the BET Award back in Los Angeles, the double booked star made sure the festival crowd gave a shout out to Debra Lee and co.

“I don’t normally do festivals,” she explained. “It’s so much love and unity in the audience. It was beautiful.”
