Our favorite twin Clutchettes are back together and gearing up for their reality show debut.

The show, aptly titled “Tia & Tamera,” will center around the big changes—Tia’s pregnancy and Tamera’s dream wedding—taking place in both of their lives. Although the Mowry twins haven’t shared the small screen in years, their love for one another and their friendship shine through.

If you’re looking for some Braxton-eque drama, you’ll be disappointed. But, if you’re in the market for a fun peak into the lives of the twins we grew up watching, then this show is for you.

“Tia & Tamera” will premier on the Style Network on August 8, will you be tuning in?

  • BeautyIAM

  • http://nesheaholic.com LaNeshe

    I’m definitely excited.

  • rkj

I can’t say I’ll be checking for this show. Not really interested in their day to day lives.
But I am happy to see a reality show featuring women aren’t bickering back and forth. That is refreshing.

Love them! Sister Sister used to be my show. I’m tuning in Aug 8th!

  • Alexandra

I look forward to the show. I’ve been of fan since I was young; I just hope this show doesn’t change my opinion of them….

  • Demi

No!! Enough with the “reality” shows already! And will it absolutely kill them to put two non bi-racial women as regular, emotionally healthy Black women? No substitutes. Please, girls, sit down.

  • http://nesheaholic.com LaNeshe

At least this is actually a REAL reality show, going back to the roots of A Baby Story and A Wedding Story rather than a bunch of scripted junk and drama.

  • boho.barbie

    Of course!

  • Demi

I’m tired of settling for “at least.” The only way everyone else keeps winning and we, Black women stay behind, is because they DO NOT compromise. Enough already! Get a clue. I’m too through.

  • http://nesheaholic.com LaNeshe

I don’t see how this show as settling in any way. We have a show about Black women, positive Black women, about their marriage and child bearing. You don’t get to see many of “us” on a Baby Story or a Wedding Story so I am happy that we can get represented in a positive light for change, vs. all the other reality type shows showcasing catty and materialistic black women.

  • Cheryl

Definitely tuning in! I think I’ll enjoy it. I’m so tired of the drama like everyone else and if it must be reality tv, it might as well be positive reality tv that I can watch all the way through without shaking my head at ignorance.

Iam a big fan I will be tune all the way in yea TIA and Tamera

  • Natalia

I watched the twins for the first time yesterday. I am not a reality show fan -never have been and doubt I ever will. I have only disrespect for the Kardashians, Hiltons, and their lack of values, principles – to name a few. Tia and Tamera on the other hand, is what reality is about. In yesterday’s show, I loved how Tia reacted after a strip-teaser showed up at her bachelorette; she was not happy and disgust brought tears to her eyes. These girls have scruples. Tia also recognize that her wedding has a budget – got it? She has a budget for the wedding! And she was 30K over budget, so she was trimming down some of the unncessary frills. What celebrity would do that? Now that’s reality.

  • ADRIANE

I LOVE TIA/TAMERA REALITY SHOW BUT I DON’T THINK TIA IS THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM. ITHINK TAMERA SEEMS TO THINK THAT EVERYONE HAS TO AGREE WITH HER WAY OF THINKING OR THEY ARE WRONG. I FEEL SORRY FOR ADAM IF TAMERA APPROACHES EVERY RELATIONSHIP THAT WAY. TAMERA KEEPS SAYING TIA DOES NOT GET IT BUT IT’S TAMERA THAT DOESN’T GET IT. YOU CAN’T MAKE PEOPLE SEE THINGS YOUR WAY. TAMERA NEEDS TO SAVE THE TEARS AND STOP PLAYING THE VICTIM. SOMETHING IS WRONG WHEN YOU ARE ALWAYS UPSET CAUSE PEOPLE DON’T SEE THINGS FROM YOUR VIEW POINT.

  • Michelle

Will not watch this show anymore! Why did you have to go and screw up and good thing by bringing in Michelle “the mule” Obama!!!!!!

  • Jo

I love these young ladies. You can tell they have family values and their love for each other shines though. I will be watching every chance I get. Seeing them together again brings a smile to my face. Something that is rare these days.
