Oh Breezy…

Just when I was almost back to rooting for Chris to finally get it together, he goes on yet another Twitter tantrum and decided to delete his account (or at least almost all of his tweets).

After being asked–again–about “the incident,” Chris went off. Apparently, he’s tired of being reminded of that time almost three years ago when he beat Rihanna to a pulp.

Who knew?

An angry Chris tweeted:

“Don’t say sh– to anybody and everyone feels its cool to attack me. GROWN ADULTS!!!! That sh– happened three years ago. TWITTER GETS WACK REAL FAST! I LOVE ALL THE POEPLE WHO SUPPORT MY MUSIC! i never said i was a LEGEND. people please grow up. Ive never dealt with so much negativity in my life! its to the point now that its just ridiculous! IM NOT A POLITICIAN! MY MUSIC DOESNT PROMOTE VIOLENCE nor will it ever! only thing it will increase is the pregnacy rate! I wake up thinking of living my life….. YOU wake up thinking of me! NOW I REALLY CANT WAIT FOR THE AMA’s! u dont have to respect me now… but u will.

Chris added: “I know a lot of you wack ass (OLD) celebrities probably wanna f— my ex, but talking sh-t on me wont get you far! and to be REALLY HONEST, ya’ll wonder why ni— spazzes all the time?”

Despite playing the victim, Chris typically gives as good as he gets. He’s gotten into Twitter smack downs with Frank Ocean, RazB, and who can forget about Breezy hurling a chair out of the window after a Good Morning America taping.

Perhaps this Twitter time out will be good for Breezy. Who knows, maybe he can use the time to put out a new song…

*Singing* Look at me now…ehhh….Look at me now…ehhh….Look at me now…I’m leaving Twitter…

What do you think folks? Why can’t Breezy stop spazzing out?

Does he know the definition of Ignore?

  • lostluv224

“I know a lot of you wack ass (OLD) celebrities probably wanna f— my ex, but talking sh-t on me wont get you far!

–the realest ish he ever wrote lol. he gotta chill, but he’s right in that aspect– any males celeb talking reckless to him about that infamous night still– is probably just tryna smash Rihanna or jealous of his increasing success, and that’s the truth.

  • CaliDreaming86

I don’t care to know why he keeps ‘spazzing out’. I presume he gets tired of people tweeting him with negativity. To expect that he not react is expecting too much. I liken it to how employers expect employees to allow customers to be verbally abusive to them while still providing good customer services. Too many people treat celebrities as if they are beyond human, as if they don’t have emotions or something.

  • Whatever

CB needs counseling, He’s young and can certainly learn from that experience, grow and eventually move on.

  • t.

    i agree

  • Kaya

How ignorant, in the position he chosen to be in, how you represent yourself in the public is how you’ll be judge. Unfortunately he had a problem 3 years ago but the past is history and nothing will erase history. If he can not handle dealing with not just the good but the bad about his position, he does not need to be in a situation (social media) personally responding on stuff like that on a daily basis. what Ever happen to the mystery of celebrities? Oh yeah people and celebrities think they’ll be “down to earth ” teh.expressing every thought -shakes-

HELLO,His”SPAZZING OUT” is the end result of African-American Women putting ther
Collective foot when the sun don`t shine….

  • Poppy

Chris needs to stop tweeting or hire a social media anaylst to manage his twitter account.

  • fuchsia

    I think he’s still a bit immature.

  • lito

lol isn’t he a “GROWN ADULT” too, at age 23? Interesting that he doesn’t consider himself an adult when he has to face the music about his own actions. If Chris could respond maturely to one attack on him about the Rihanna situation, he could shut his haters up forever and prove to the rest of us that he has at least a tad of self control. But ANY criticism of him brings a violent freakout and blame game that just reminds everyone of why and how he could beat a woman he says he loved. Ppl keep mentioning it bc it works.every.single.time.

Twitter is kryponite for silly, impulsive people so it’s probably best that he stay off it, but I’d give this break a week tops.

  • Tati

I am going to say….. no. I honestly feel he doesn’t need to have a twitter account if he is going to continue to act up

  • African Mami

I’ve said a million times, twitter should only be used to promote and market; connect and network with the right people and pretty much that’s it. Chris Breezy should either delete his account for good, or have his PR people tweeting on his behalf. All the negativity he is getting is UNWARRANTED and of course his reactions are only human.

The fact that he keeps freaking out tells me that there is some unresolved issue there. Yeah people need to let it go but he should have figured out by now that some people willl use this against for the rest of his life. Best option is to deal with it.

  • sweetpisces

He’s reacting how any normal “human being” would react. He’s had enough and is probably just at his breaking point. He needs Jesus!

  • Libby

I agree…sometimes people get pissed and people are making a big deal because it’s Chris.

  • Kiki

People are making a big deal about it because he beat up up his girlfriend.

  • I got sense!

Man please. When Barack ran for president not only did they go all the way back to the day he was born to bring stuff up, they went all the way to the day Michelle was born and to his father and his family. People will say what they want to so say. Deal with it. He’s an asshole to me anyway. He could die tomorrow I wouldn’t bat an eye. You got all this money while most black men can’t even find a job especially in his age bracket and he got the audacity to cry over some strangers words on the internet. Looks like he has a lot more growing up to do.

  • renee

i’m not a chris brown fan at all but i agree with the man, he needs to be left alone about the rihanna thing.

and it is true about the male celebs talking shit about him cause they wanna eff rihanna…. when will people learn that crapping on other folks to make yourself look better really makes you a punk?

and i can’t blame him for freaking out. if every single day for 3 years of my life, i was asked the same question and i gave the same answer, i would be pissed off, too. all of us like to point fingers at him and say he deserves it but in reality, we all fuck up just like him and in the eyes of the Lord our sins are just as bad. we wouldn’t want someone constantly reminding us of our failures when we are trying to do better so why is it okay to do it to him?

    *steps off of my soapbox*

  • man who reads

he needs to take a good look at self. For the tax man can`t be far behind .
Twitter is not a payday…..Another bus drive with a song coming to a bus-STOP near

  • E.M.S.

Ironic he wants to talk about “grown people” acting crazy, has he looked in a mirror lately? What a brat, throwing a temper tantrum like a 5 year old.

Yes he may be trying to move on, but he’s just going to have to accept that nobody’s going to forget what happened. If he was mature he’d have handled it more professionally.

On a side note, this business about increasing the pregnancy rate? What? Because people would listen to it during sex? His audience is mostly teens and young adults, so do we really want the pregnancy rate to increase in those age groups? I don’t think so. A foolish remark in my opinion.

  • Cantarah

What a spoiled, overindulged, entitled, obnoxious little twit. You don’t want people pulling your chain? Stop reacting and get a regular job. You wanna be famous and throw a hissy fit every time someone asks you about the most well-known event of your life? Expect people to laugh at you.

This man (not boy, although he seems to wish that he could still claim to be one) seems to feel he is entitled to sell, move on, do and say whatever the f he wants, and still whine when he (God forbid) gets asked questions he doesn’t feel like answering like all other celebrities. After three years he still doesn’t have a pat, easy answer to being asked about Rihanna in his pocket that he can pull out? Kinda like Rihanna’s patented “I wish it hadn’t happened, I’m ready to move on, wish him nothing but the best, now let’s talk about my album” spiel she’s always ready with. Such a fool.

On the upside, his PR people are probably praying he sticks to it. Not that he will.

  • Keychee

I think it is funny how some are commenting and stating things along the line of “he needs to accept responsibility” ; “just ignore what others are saying” or “Social media should be used for x,y,and z purposes”

    1. If people continuously threw your past in your face i’m sure your response would be along the same course of his if not more damaging to your credibility.

    2. He uses Social Media (like many celebs) to show his personal and professional side. He uses this outlet to build a bridge to his fans, friends and maybe even family. Where are the rules that state what social media should and should not be used for?

    3. Is he not allowed to be human in public? If that is the case do not complain when people put celebrities on pedestals because they appear to be better-than-regular-people.

We need to stop playing favorites and call it what it is. NOBODY knows the true ins and outs of their relationship but the creator and the two involved. Let the past stay in the past and move forward. If people cannot leave a celebrities past in the past, I would not want to see how you treat your loved ones or those close to you.

  • LMO85

Wow @ all these typical young responses to a typical man child rant. This dumb ass needs to STAY OFF twitter. If this selfish, arrogant, obnoxious little ass hole would have taken some real accountability for his actions and FULL responsibility an actually MANNED UP then maybe people wouldn’t keep bring it up which wasn’t quite 3 years ago any damn way.
