In this economy, we could all use a little financial advice. But who better to learn from than one of the richest men in the world?

Despite our struggling global economy, there are many opportunities for bright thinkers and risk-takers to become successful. Recently, Aliko Dangote, Africa’s wealthiest man sat down with a group of young African entrepreneurs from across the continent to share his secrets to success.

Dangote, worth $11.2 billion, sits at the helm of the Dangote Group, the country’s largest conglomerate, with investment in Nigeria, Zambia, Senegal, Tanzania and South Africa. Although many may hope that the key to success is some sort of secrete, Dangote says his entire career has been built on hard work, focus, and understanding his business.
