That’s BS. If she’s not taking any steriods or any other illegal drugs, she should be able to compete. She worked hard to gain that amount of muscle mass, and if the other competitors have a problem with it…they need to train harder! simple as that! I hope & pray that even with her muscle mass gone, that she still beats everyones ass in the race. :-)

I have a solution, do it like wrestling. Have “muscle classes:” sort people according to their muscle mass and testosterone levels, ignore gender. (Let me blow my head up a little) The world would run with less drama if I made these kinds of decisions.

I would love a male athlete to be told he needs to take estrogen therapy in order to compete in a sport… There would be a riot and it would never happen. As usual, females have to deal with this B.S.

What is the problem? She is of two genders, and has more testosterone than “normal” women. Athletes are tested for higher testosterone levels to see if they are using drugs. Hers come naturally, so she’s being treated with hormone therapy to bring her within the range to actually compete as a “normal” woman. This is 10th grade biology class talking here, not some grand scheme.
