You seem to struggle to understand that pimping, and human trafficking transcends race and socio-economic. Questioning how a teenager comes into contact with a pimp is like asking how a victim meets their rapist or murderer. The answer is by living in the same world. many of these young women are forced into prostitution by people that they have known; or know As acquaintances. The frighting thing is that young men, often teenagers themselves Are involved in the acquisition of these young girls.

Once you have been deprived of your physical liberty, please advise me how you escape being drugged, raped, and beaten.

I don’t think anyone is denying that she likely endured a variety of abuse at the hands of these men. I think people are questioning how she was even introduced to that lifestyle to begin with. How does a teenager even come into contact with a pimp? It’s likely she had emotional and or psychological issues before she even met Sneed.

I still don’t believe the parents deserve a medal, I think it’s a terrible example to set for your daughter. That’s not how you solve problems, sorry.

I can’t believe the people on here saying that the girl shares some of the blame for her being pimped out. Do you have any idea the amount of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse an underage prostitute endures at the hands of her pimp and johns? And you expect her to make independent and informed decisions all the while I’m sure the pimp threatens to kill her in a most gruesome way if she leaves? GTFOH with this victim-blaming BS. These parents deserve medals. And all the “no one has a right to kill someone” feel-good crap, please. Become a parent and realize that your daughter is being raped daily and then tell me who deserves to live here. No wonder underage sex trafficking gets swept under the rug. Some people seem to think these girls ENJOY that life. Unbelievable. A true mark of a community is how they treat their children and women. So, um, yeah.

It doesn’t take extraordinary insight to figure there was a problem before Sneed ever got in the picture. The fact remains that this girl was not abducted. When a child prefers the auspices of a pimp to their own parents, there’s something amiss.

Now a child’s life is tainted, a person has been killed, and two lives are potentially wasted.
