yes, i would still watch the show without a wife for his character but i think it would be better if she was recast…….i have enjoyed the show for years and enjoyed the changes and hope that it continue on in the fuure we don’t have many (black)shows that run that long and been so real since the cosby so hey let’s make it happen

Most definitely! Pooch Hall, DERWIN! is SEXY and talented as HELL! and Melanie’s character was a stuck up, whiny brat! I think Derwin, Malik and Jason are all fine but Derwin’s character along with Malik and T. T’s were my favorites.

Like most everyone else, I used to root for Derwin and Melanie’s relationship but then they gave this whiny, immature, unrealistic brat – like character too much air time. They both seem uncompatible. Derwin’s character seems more compatible with Janay. She gave a better dipiction of a sensible, mature, realistic, down to earth woman. I’d like to see the two of them re-kindle their relationship.

I also like Kelly the way that she was in the beginning, before Jason drove her crazy. Tasha is cool sometimes but her character gives into the typical ghetto, loud-mouth, overbearing and bosterious reputation [rightfully] given to so many black women. In a lot of ways, she’s very immature for her age not to mention the relationship with her son is borderline unhealthy.

Jason’s character used to be funny also. It’s obvious that the network has changed writers because the story lines are some time really whack, to quote an old phrase, they truly need to review what made them so hot a long time ago. I believe that adding Brandy, (who, in my opinion, has always come across as a very young borderline pre-teen adult), as a character on the show and especially as Jason’s love interest, was a mistake! It appears as if she’s trying to hard. She too, like the Tasha Mack character, comes across angry, loud and ghetto. (Why are so many black women in real life and the media and on television, depicted in such a negative way)? It makes us all look bad.

Well, like everyone else, this is just my opinion, but I truly wish that my comments could be viewed by someone closely connected to the show, who really has something in changing things.

The old Game was much, much better than what’s happening now. (they tend to go back in forth). Get new writers, bring Kelly back (the old Kelly) and revamp Jason like he was before and put Derwin and Janay together and get rid of Brandy’s character! – Making her up in too revealing sexy clothes, does not make her into a woman. She seems too young for Jason.

yes I would watch it. I love Pooch Hall and I think he can hold a story line on his own. I am a true Game fan, I got into the show from the beginning and am still very much a huge fan. Yes the whole flow of the show and the writing has changed but I became a fan of the characters and I still am. I love all the characters in this show. The only advice I would have for BET to get better ratings is to first off finally make T T a full time cast member, he brings a lot to the humor of the show and his talents are not being properly utilized. Also I love Jason and Chardonnay’s relationship. I hear people who are always like “BET should bring back Kelly PItts” but my thing is for what? Kelly Pitts was Jason Pitts wife now she isn’t so what exactly would be her role on the show. I think that while in that role she played it well but I can’t help but love the dynamic of Jason and Char’s relationship. Another thing I am so tired of hearing about people saying that the Game should just give it up and that they are nowhere near as good as years past. My thing is that while the game is not the same show it has some good sides to it as well. Tasha finally finding love for herself and for a good man. And did I mention I love love love Jason and Char lol!!

In all honesty, the game was one of my favorite shows. I still recall the day I found out the show was coming back, my boyfriend and I screamed like we struck gold. Like must fans We were damn shocked at how boring the new seasons turned out. “I mean come on now who would ask Tasha to carry a baby”. I believe BET is scared to think out side of the box, The network lacks decent shows and I am to old to even consider watching 106 and park! Come on people, bring back Jason’s girl, Megan good,better yet juiceadora, bring the real game back or give it up!
