I love my relaxed hair it doesn’t make any less black than my friends with natural hair there is no competition between the naturals and the relaxed hair women.this oddly makes me think of good and bad hair from school daze lol..
Just as there are some militant, judgmental perm/weave wearing sisters. LOTS. I’ve had my head shaved for over ten years and I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been called bald-headed by some chick wearing 24″ yaki or whatever! Why is it ok to shame natural women for being who we are, but when a natural questions perm/weave women about how you feel about YOUR hair its a problem?
