I saw an event posting for Black Girls Code on Facebook a couple months ago and was juuust about to RSVP…til I realized it was for younger girls! :) So instead I forwarded the info to friends of mine with daughters. I think this is super cool!
This is wonderful to hear and a much needed incentive because like it or not these jobs are the future and if you want to get off in at least the right direction we need to start encouraging young girls about these programs now.
