Thank you for sharing. I’ve been experiencing this lately, especially self-doubt.
I like to remain optimistic, but it’s so easy to be absorbed into negativity. It sucks you right in when you don’t expect it. Last month I was comfortable with where my life is going, yet for some reason I began doubting my work abilities. I do seek more, but I am indeed grateful for I’ve achieved in my life.
