Summer Makeup Idea: Colored Eyeliner
If a full-on lid of colored eyeshadow is too bold for your taste, you just may fall in love with summer’s colored eyeliner trend. It’s a noncommittal way to make your makeup pop with just a dab of color along the water line or above your lashes. The trend was recently spotted on the spring 2012 runways, and style stars like Kelly Rowland, Corrine Bailey Rae, and Rihanna have dabbled in the trend as well.
