That is a very ignorant and biased statement. How would you know how the “majority” of black children act? I live in Philadelphia (and have traveled to many other cities) and even some of the children I’ve seen in the hood have great parents, respect for others, and morals. So I feel for you to say “majority” that is absolutely false and you should check your facts.
