The Case for Traveling Alone

travel

  1. Traveling alone is so relaxing. People watching is easier. While being emerged in a sea of people there’s also a certain peace of just walking around thinking about whatever you want. And when you’re ready to immerse yourself within the people and culture, you can.

  2. I’ve been traveling abroad by myself every summer since 07, this summer i went on a trip with 2 of my friends. It was fun but i didn’t like having to compromise, we had to agree as a group on which excursions to partake in. Besides, I hate waiting for slow people to finish dressing, eating and the last minute things they have to do…By day 4 we got a little testy with each other but did not blow up.
I am traveling alone next summer and the next.

  3. Man, this post is awsome because I’m tryin to muster up the courage to travel to Puerto Rico next year solo. My family offers close to no support of this because of the dangers, but I’ve been dreaming about traveling abroad and domestically since I was a child. And seeing as no one wants to go I guess I need to suck it, stick my chest out, and try it on my own. It’s just getting pass this paralyzing fear that I’m working on….
    THANKS for the post!
I needed to hear some positives of traveling alone
