I am so glad I tuned into Iyanla Vanzant’s “Fix My Life” with Evelyn Lozada, Parts I and II, on Saturday and Sunday. Watching the two 1-hour episodes, I felt like I was peering in on an intense therapy session where the emotion was palpable and the lessons were plentiful.

There were many themes present in the poignant conversation, like multi-generational curses and absent parents, that apply not only to Evelyn’s life, but the lives of the millions of people watching. I’m sure someone at home was brought to a deeper level of understanding about their emotional health by watching the show.

It made us think of the many celebrities who could benefit from a soul-bearing conversation with Iyanla Vanzant on “Fix My Life.” Here are a few.

    “Celebrities” is a strong word….

    • Right! Biut maybe it is me but I rather see Mrs. Iyanla Vanzant fix the average working joe and Jane that we as the viewers can connect too. I feel like these people have the resources to get help and have access to improve their life…they don’t need to go on TV too.

Because they have so many people looking up to them, sad but true, this same people should share their struggles and show the reality of the life they are living, it’s not all roses and chocolate.
