That seems to be the big issue among females especially from what I’ve experienced on college campuses females not believing ther females when they state they have been raped especially if the rapist is high profile. Women will make it seem as if it is the woman’s fault and call her such awful names like slut, ho and whore. So then the woman will become an outcast and given dirty looks if she decides to continue her education at that college while the rapist or sometimes rapists will be praised. Sorry for the long spiel but this happened when I went to the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and I didn’t believe the woman had been raped by the 5 football players. I remember having a conversation with my mom and she told me to support that girl and to believe and it took me a while to understand why I needed to.
when my friend was raped i took her to the hospital and the police came there to get her story. i then let her stay with me for a while until she felt a little better.

The disbelief, accusations, and name calling fall under rape culture which is rampant in high school and college settings.
