Would You Rock…Icy Purple Lipstick?

Deep plum lips are as popular as ever this Fall but stylish women are dabbing in other shades of violet as well, namely a light purple.
The icy lavender hue is one of the lighter colors for the season. Worn with darker blush shades and neutral eyeshadow, the lipstick shade is a bold pop of color that brings attention to the lips.
It’s even more eye-catching when paired with Fall’s dark separates like monochromatic leather ensembles or black and white sweaters.
The lilac-colored lipstick is a beautiful juxtaposition against brown skin in all its varying shades, and with a pop of color, adds the perfect dose of shine.
The look requires a certain amount of confidence and sass, and is certainly not for the faint of heart.

Um, that color is one shade away from looking like crackhead lips. No thanks.
I love it! I think they both look great! There are ways to pull this off without looking like a “crackhead,” such as using a brown or darker purple lipliner! IMO!
Crackheads use brown and dark purple lipliner?
LMAO!!!! and their cousins use Maybelline Black eyeliner to line their lips. Then apply a dab of Fashion Fair Gold lipstick on their bottom lip and finish it off with a clear MAC Gloss.
I think it looks nice on Angela but overall I wouldn’t try the trend
“The icy lavender hue is one of the lighter colors for the season” yeah for the lighest people. where are the makeup “trends” that women who don’t pass the paper bag test?
why did i get a thumbs down? it’s true!!!!
“yeah for the lighest people”
For the line above.
On a dark skinned woman, I don’t think so….it depends on tour skin tone which shade of purple you use. Light purple? I don’t think so. I’m a little darker than rihanna and Angela Simmons. I’d look like Tyrone Bigums
