If you’ve been working out for a while now there’s no doubt that you have your workout routine down to a science.

The problem with that science is it can often cause your body to hit a plateau, which keeps your workouts from being as effective as they could be.

    • Yeah, I agree about the videos. Beginners and workout veterans alike could benefit. I’m always looking for new variations of old exercises.
