In the flurry of natural hair style enthusiasts and bloggers, there are still a bunch of ladies who prefer to relax their hair. The key is to chemical processes with hair health in mind (we’ve seen touch-ups stretched to 12 weeks) and the latest trend is to shoot for those long, long tresses. Bloggers are tracking their hair growth and posting the stats like ESPN posts Sunday night game scores. Get into these bloggers and their helpful tips and hair journeys.

Definitely missed Traycee at Keep It Simple Sista…the blog that inspired many of the ones you featured!

  • Cee Cee

YES!! Def Traycee of KISS. She was one of the first. I am natural (and was when I found her blog) but she is still one of my favorites.

  • Debra (@simplydebra)

Yeah, Traycee from Keep It Simple Sista and Ms. Kibibi from Kibibi Hair should have been included. Kudos to all the ladies mentioned, though – beautiful hair! I read Just Grow Already all of the time.

this is a great list of resources, thank you~

  • Nwammy

Her stuff is actually really good! I used to be relaxed but I went natural about a year ago. The issue for me was that my hair just did not take well to perms! So in my transition period I used virgin hair extensions from easy weave every now & then to help my hair grow and 1 year later, I can def say it worked like a charm.

  • Hera

This article is for bloggers so is Talisha a blogger or a Youtuber? When I checked, I saw that she had a blog but it was limited and hasn’t been updated since April 2012. I thin kthe author of this article is talking about 1) bloggers and 2) bloggers who update on a regular basis. Talisha looks like she’d be better off on a youtuber list.

  • scissor paper rock
