In an interview with XXL magazine, Brown revealed that he is still trying to determine how he defines love.
“Love is something I am still learning. It’s just an obstacle that I haven’t yet mastered. I think that’s my biggest hurdle in life.”
With his return to Twitter this past weekend, Brown’s relationship appears to be back in the spotlight of virtual conversations. Rihanna and Chris Brown’s romantic rendezvous have been the life of the public’s since the 2009 incident that led to their initial breakup.
Brown’s questionability on love is evident, particularly after his recent break-up with Karrueche and a drunken video surfaced of him asking whether or not it’s possible to have two paramours: “Is there a such thing as loving two people? I don’t know if it’s possible, but I feel like that…”
But Brown clarifies in his XXL magazine interview that he’s not trying to break anyone’s heart:
“One thing people often want me to talk about is my public love life. When it comes to my love life, the perception seems as though I am a player, but that’s not true.”
Opinions have swayed over the possible reconciliation, some people criticizing Rihanna of being weak for standing by Brown and going back to her ex. Others give the Barbadian singer kudos for being able to forgive and move on.
Whatever the situation may be — despite the blinding lights of the paparazzi’s camera flash — it’s clear that their relationship truly is “Nobody’s Business”.
