When Beyonce hits the stage, her outfit of choice is usually a sparkling unitard, sturdy Stuart Weitzman heels and a full face of makeup. Conversely, her casual looks are much more trendy and low-key, with comfort and ease taking precedence. Bey has particularly gravitated toward the printed pants trend, and it’s easy to see why. Printed pants have a loose, languid silhouette but their mix of colors and patterns bring energy and verve to any outfit.

Beyonce has worn a variety of printed pants looks from her Tibi head-to-toe patterned outfit at Barclays Center to her recent Isabel Marant pants posted on Instagram.

Pajama bottoms are pajama bottoms no matter what they are renamed. :-)

Beyonce is definitely successful, there’s no doubt about that, but I just can’t get into her sense of style. I know she is trying for funky and bold, but it comes off as visually cluttered and unflattering. But to each his own.

*sigh* Are there no other female singers to focus on? I’m a fair weather Beyonce fan. I like a few of her songs, vocally she’s okay – definitely not the greatest singer, but for whatever reason people thinks she’s the second coming or greater. An article about her printed pants… Really???? Okay. I guess it’s a slow news day.

Music wise I am not a fan (honestly never listened to a complete song of hers). As for the pants, I like the ones on pages 2, 8, & 9. She has the confidence to pull them off so they look good on her. Now, if we were talking shoes…
