Children Gather For Kid's Inaugural Concert

Last night Michelle Obama was attending a  Democratic Party fundraiser in a private Kalorama home in Northwest Washington, DC when Ellen Sturtz, 56, a lesbian activist, took it upon herself to interrupt Mrs. Obama during a speech.

From the Washington Post:

Obama showed her displeasure – pausing to confront Sturtz eye to eye, according to witnesses.

“One of the things that I don’t do well is this,” she said to applause from most of the guests, according to a White House transcript. “Do you understand?”

A pool report from a reporter in the room said Obama “left the lectern and moved over to the protester.” The pool report quoted Obama as saying: “Listen to me or you can take the mic, but I’m leaving. You all decide. You have one choice.”

Obama’s suggestion that she would leave was not included in the official White House transcript.

The audience responded by asking Obama to remain, according to the pool report, which quoted a woman nearby telling Sturtz, “You need to go.”

Sturtz was escorted out of the room. She said in an interview later she was stunned by Obama’s response.
Sorry Sturtz, you just got served.
Apparently Sturtz got her feelings hurt, especially since she paid $500 to attend the fundraiser.
“She came right down in my face,” Sturtz said. “I was taken aback.”
I’m sure Sturtz will think twice before she interrupts another speech. But I’ll sit back and wait for the backlash Michelle Obama is going to receive in the upcoming days from this event. It’s not going to be pretty.

  • Good for the First Lady. How in the hell you gonna wild out and try to get buck on somebody in the middle of a private fundraiser, then turn around and get mad when they won’t allow you to disrespect them! That old white hag can have SEVERAL seats.

This is 2013. Michelle Obama is the modern black woman and we aren’t bowing our heads for fear of being labeled “angry”.

I’m sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner, Kelley Johnson.

I’m surprised you would use a racist term like “old white hag,” but then accuse blacks of bigotry for not all being in support of homosexuality. What was that term you used? Oh, yes, “bigots galore.”

      Hypocritical often, Ms. Johnson?

    • I called her an old white hag because that’s exactly what she is. Deal with it.

You know what, Kelley Johnson? I’m calling you a hypocrite because that’s exactly what you are. You are unbelievable.

I hope you enjoyed this free therapy session.

Some people are commenting that some conservatives will say Michelle is an angry black woman. I say who cares what conservs, or anyone else saids! Strong women period (whether they are black, white, or yellow) are sometimes referred to as a “B” (meaning an angry woman). Remember Hilliary Clinton has had to deal with that a lot

And that my dear friends……..is Gangsta……..chic!!! People think they can disrespect others in high authority because they are supposed to “act a certain way”. It is rude and impolite and if we expect the audience in a kindergarten play, church function, graduation etc, to have respect for the speaker……….why was Michelle expected to just stay silent and allow this woman to interrupt the proceedings???

What I find interesting by looking at most of the responses from black Americans on the internet is no one is telling the homosexual people that Barack Obama is the president of all Americans not just homosexuals.

    Why is that?

In order to shut black Americans up, black Americans have no problem telling other black Americans that Barack Obama is president of all America and not just black America.

Why are black Americans not saying anything to the homosexuals? Is it because black Americans have accepted the liberals hierarchy system where the homosexuals rank above black Americans, so black Americans dare not say anything negative to homosexuals?

    • Pepper

John: I assume you made your comments to get a rise from some black people. Bottom line is that SOME black people support the gay agenda, and SOME black people don’t. And everyone knows that the President is the President of the entire country; not just gays, or black people.

    • John

That is not an answer to the questions I asked. Can anyone answer them?

Now that is how you do it!!!
This is one of the reasons I love Michelle so very much!!!! That is my daggone girl, period. That.is.my,girl.
Now I love Barack. I respect him and admire him and am sooooo proud. But Ima tell you one thing, if he didn’t have Michelle by his side I would not be feeling him so much. He is his Ace, his rhythm. And what is cool about Mr. President is that he knows it!!!! I love them!!!
