Two weeks ago I wrote about CrossFit and my contemplation of joining a local box but unfortunately even after the feedback via email and Twitter from CrossFit enthusiasts, and even the company itself, I still wasn’t sold on the lifestyle or “brand”. After coming across a Groupon for a local gym, I decided just to stick to a simple workout using weights and kettlebells. On top of re-joining a gym, I also decided to invest time into a at-home workout routine. But with so many of them out there, it was hard to narrow it down to just one.
From P90x, to Jillian Michaels, and Insanity with Sean T, the at-home workout market is saturated with promises of sweat and pounds dropping off. I won’t divulge which one I settled on (because this is not an advertisement), but I am curious as to which at-home workouts other people are using.
