Women of the 2014 Winter Games: 9 Olympians On Our Radar

Team USA Bobsleigh 
Lauryn Williams is a 4-time Olympian and bona fide medalist. The 30-year-old won the silver medal in the 2004 Olympic Games for the 100m, and scored the gold in the 2012 for the 4×100. This year she will be serving as brakeman in Sochi. 

Aja Evans is a 25 year old is a brakeman. Similar to her teammates, she was a track & field athlete in college.

Elena Myers is a 29-year-old bobsledder who’s been on the scene since 2007. The former GW softball star will team up with Aja Evans as a driver.

Jazmine Fenlator is an American bobsledder who once competed in track and field specializing in shot put, discus and hammer. The 29-year-old New Jersey native embarked on a career in bobsledding in 2007.

Lolo Jones had a close call this week. Today it was announced that the 31-year-old media darling was released from quarantine after fighting off a cold. The former Olympic hurdler will race with pilot Jazmine Fenlator.
