In today’s “You’re doing too much” news, a Nigerian singer has offered her virginity to Boko Haram members in trade for the girls who were kidnapped in April. Nigerian singer Adokiye Kyrian, 23, has been criticized online for making light of the situation, but insists she’s just trying to help.
“It is just unfair. They are too young. I wish I could offer myself in exchange,” Adokiye recently told Vanguard’s Showtime.
“They are between 12 and 15 year old girls for Christ sake. I am older and more experienced. Even if 10 to 12 men have to take me every night, I don’t care. Just release these girls and let them go back to their parents,” she said.
But not everyone is buying her offer for help.
“So this Adokiye girl wants us to believe she’s a virgin? Uh cmon!” tweeted @still_jimmy.
“somebody tell Adokiye Kyrian i am Boko Haram..lol” joshed @ObletsLavish.
“Adokiye Kyrian is really hungry for attention and in the process insulting the world’s call to Boko Haram to #BringBackOurGirls,” snapped @LudoGideon.
Well, if no one in Boko Haram wants her virginity, Adokiye is also willing to give it up to anyone willing to buy her mother a jet.
Girl, there are 60,491 seats in Abuja National Stadium, have a seat in all of them.
