Here’s what you shouldn’t do to get back at your ex.

Do not post nude/semi-nude/body part photos of them on social media. It’s illegal, in some states. New Jersey being one of them. Former New York Jets player Jermaine Cunningham learned this lesson recently.

Cunningham, 26, admitted in court that he posted photos of his ex-girlfriend’s inner thigh, groin and buttocks on an Instagram account in December 2014. Cunningham admitted to posting the photos as part of plea deal in which he will be placed on probation. He also admitted that the photos were posted without permission.

Cunningham pleaded guilty to a third-degree crime of invasion of privacy .

He was charged under a New Jersey statute that makes it a crime to distribute sexual images of someone without that person’s consent. The 10-year-old law was the first in the nation to make the spreading of such images a crime.

Daniel was sentenced to probation and those terms will be set in June.

He’s triffling and even if you and the woman are no longer in a relationship together just be decent and keep it moving. That’s a douchebag move on his part.
