Just a day after 30 Black students were preemptively kicked out of Donald Trump’s campaign rally at Valdosta State University in Georgia, another racially charged incident has occurred.
Tuesday, a young Black college student was violently shoved and jeered at as during a Trump event in Louisville,Ky.
According to the New York Daily News, many of the men pushing the young woman are “known white supremacists,” a demographic that seems to be especially drawn to Trump’s over-the-top rhetoric slamming immigrants, Muslims, and people of color.

In the 37-second clip, the young woman can be seen being repeatedly shoved by grown men while no one, including the police or Secret Service agents, comes to her aid.
After the assault, the young student–who the NY Daily News identified as Shiya Nwanguma–said Trump supporters also hurled offensive slurs at her while she was being assaulted.
“I was called a nigger and a cunt and got kicked out,” she said. “They were pushing and shoving at me, cursing at me, yelling at me, called me every name in the book. They were disgusting and dangerous.”
This troubling attack came just days after Trump was forced to disavow the support of former Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard David Duke. Trump initially claimed he didn’t know who Duke was and blamed his unwillingness to distance himself from the white supremacist on a technical glitch before finally saying, “I disavow, OK?”
