Donald Trump is named in a lawsuit filed by a woman who says he raped her when she was 13-years-old in 1994.
The federal lawsuit filed in New York on Monday says that Trump, along with convicted billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, she was lured to parties with the promises of cash.
According to the lawsuit, the unnamed woman was tied to a bed while Trump exposed himself and raped her, while ignoring her pleas to stop. The suits states Trump “responded … by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”
“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff alleged.
This same lawsuit was thrown out of a California court last month and Trump has denied the allegations.
“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated. There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period,” Trump told gossip rag RadarOnline.
