Just when Bethany Storro began to receive global sympathy after alleging a Black woman threw acid in her face, police investigators discovered the Vancouver resident is a lying mental case, who inflicted the action on herself.

A 28-year-old Storro originally told police that on August 30th an unnamed Black women came up to her outside of a Starbucks asking, “Hey, pretty girl, want something to drink?” and quickly threw a cup of liquid in her face. Storro had surgery and made a slew of television appearances wrapped in head bandages.

But after undergoing questioning and investigation in her home, the supposed victim, who was scheduled to appear on “The Oprah Winfrey” show, broke down and admitted that she disfigured herself with the injury. Detectives on site discovered the burn pattern didn’t match up with her story.

Moreover, the police stated that the burn looks to have spread under Storro’s sunglasses, which she claimed she purchased only minutes before the so-called attack.

According to reports, Cgr Marla Schuman from the police unit handling the investigation stated, “It’s obvious to everybody here that she’s got a fragile mental state.”

Thankfully, the innocent accused was never identified and jailed. What do you think about this case? Sound off!

I do not understand why the focus is being taken off of the fact that a Black woman was accused of something that only happened in the mind of a racist idiot.

Black women’s pain and suffering is always deemed not worthy of discussion. Sigh.

  • Even though it’s a hoax, I bet Oprah still wants her on the show.

My question is: Is Oprah still willing to have that crazy ass racist woman on her show or was her producer crew only willing to portray another bad side of black people? Now that some people know that woman is mentally disabled they will say oh no more necessity to portray another negative side of black people huh?
