Vogue’s “Best Dressed” special issue launched yesterday. And it’s no complete surprise to see who’s among the magazine’s top ten list. First Lady Michelle Obama nabs the third spot following actress Marion Cotillard, and “Gossip Girl’s” Blake Lively at the top spot—who practically lives on Vogue covers. Vogue names the First Lady “The Independent,” and we would have to agree. Despite contact criticism regarding her structured arms, “too slim” eyebrows, or repeat looks, the First Lady nails it each and every time she’s spotted.

The next COCO girl on the list is supermodel, Liya Kebede. The 32-year-old Ethiopian beauty is a killer from glossy covers to red carpets. Vogue names Kebede the “Conscious Chic.”

Finally, toward the end of the list, right above Lady Gaga—who’s named “The Visionary”—is New York socialist, and Pop magazine editor, Shala Monroque. The long Wintour-anchored book brands Monroque as its “Neo-Classicist.”

Vogue names supermodel Kate Moss as it’s “Best Dressed Woman of the Decade.”

Here’s the complete list:
The Bombshell: Blake Lively
Screen Siren: Marion Cotillard
The Independent: Michelle Obama
American Beauty: Jessica Biel
Street Cool: Alexa Chung
Haute Bohemian: Sarah Jessica Parker
Conscious Chic: Liya Kebede
Free Spirit: Carey Mulligan
New Classicist: Shala Monroque
The Visionary: Lady Gaga

Big ups to Shala. Loves Her!

  • Liya is a preety woman but she is not stylish. For some reason Liya has captured a small peace of Anna’s heart.

I like shala. I wonder if she hangs out with Genevieve Jones, the other blk it girl from a few years ago.

I think the Olsen Twins derserved a spot. model Sasha Pivovarova deserved a spot.

  • oh and I forgot the fashion editors kate lanpher, eva fontaneli, carine roitfeld, emmanuelle alt and melanie huynh
