Edward Enninful is one of fashion’s most accomplished figures, as a longtime stylist for Vogue as well as the Fashion Director for i-D Magazine. He is now taking on a new role as W Magazine‘s new Fashion and Style Director, succeeding Alex White.

Enninful was born in Ghana, but raised in London, clearly influencing his style today which is a perfect blend of his African roots yet showcases the edgy fashions of his British hometown. He was the youngest ever-appointed Fashion Director of an international magazine, taking the post at i-D at just 18 years old. He frequently works with famed photographers Craig McDean and Steven Meisel and has been a champion of using black models including Naomi Campbell, Sessilee Lopez, Chanel Iman, Ajak Deng, Jeneil Williams, Rose Cordero, Joan Smalls, Liya Kebede, Jourdan Dunn, Arlenis Sosa and many more. We have featured his work previously in our Vogue Italia Brings Back the Black and Iconic Cover Girls features.
