According to TMZ, Jennifer Hudson was rushed to the hospital after performing on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”  The singer’s reps told the site:

“After performing on ‘Good Morning America’ earlier today, Jennifer Hudson went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains.” The rep added, “She was treated for food poisoning and released.”

While her people say the star is dealing with minor stomach issues, Jennifer had to cancel her later appearance at CBS.  The Oscar and Grammy winner has been on the media circuit promoting her upcoming album, ‘I Remember Me.’  While she may have been feeling sick, J Hud still put on a great show for the crowd at Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield.

During an interview with GMA’s Robin Roberts, Jennifer talked about how she juggles being a wife, raising her son, and taking on unexpected roles on the big screen.  You can see her performance of “Spotlight” along with her interview below:

We hope that Jennifer gets better and back on her feet soon!

That could be very stressful, not to mention she probably has to worry about her weight all the time now. Eating healthy can be very difficult on the road. That’s what I’ve heard anyway, hope everything is alright.

    Being a wife?! Since when?

I also want to state…although I normally don’t pay much mind to what other people choose to do with their hair–I HATE how lacefront wigs look on most people! Nobody’s hairline looks that “round” !!! Jennifer Hudson’s wig looks horrible!

I can’t lie…I stared at that for about 20 seconds.

Anyway, food poisoning is no joke.

  • Bad weave or not, I love her!! She is such an amazingly classy and strong person.

    I hope she gets better.
