From VIBE Vixen — For many of us 140 characters has become an adopted way to communicate and pass time. If we are not tweeting, we are thinking about what to tweet or checking out our new followers. Don’t deny it, I know you check it too. Say what you want about Twitter but everyone has a love/hate relationship with the social networking site.

Since its debut, Twitter has changed the landscape of social networking. Some would argue people use Twitter to shameless promote themselves and not have the intentions of building relationships, but at the end of the day we all use Twitter for different reasons.

No matter if you are an advocate user or not, I have listed some things you can actually learn from Twitter:

  1. We all are bipolar. One minute we’re tweeting religious hymns, motivational quotes and the next we are posting infamous bathroom photos. No flash.
  2. There is a #team for everything. It is very easy to start a team. You can either be the captain or the only person on the team. At the end of the day, nobody really cares which team you play for.
