When magazines that are prominently digital make a comeback to the almost obsolete world of print, my heart smiles (I’m a magazine lover) and to my delight, France’s number one digital fashion magazine FashizBlack has done just that.

The magazine is rapidly becoming the fashion guide for the urban, young and smart black Diaspora. With both French and English versions, FashizBlack has solidified a cult following with its stunning editorial spreads and compelling editorials. It premieres the very first glossy issue this month, which promises to include beauty and fashion tips, trends, musings about culture and of course, the latest news. Covering the first issue is model Victoria Wacouboue shot by photographer Urivaldo Lopez. Judging from the cover and its headlines, this magazine is one for us print lovers to collect and cherish.

What do you think of FashizBlack? Are you excited for its first print magazine?

OMG! I pray I can find it at a local newsstand or Barnes and Noble.

Never heard of it but will check it out. I just wish UK’s Pride Magazine would get it together.

  • I’m proud of them and I’ve ordered my copy.

  • Just ordered my copy – looking forward to this issue!
