“Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way,ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future.” Deepak Chopra

The saying “old habits die hard” is not just a catchy phrase, but it’s true. Old, engrained habits take hard work and consistency to change, but you can change them. As a matter of fact, most researchers say it takes 28 days to build a new habit. So why not focus the next 28 days on trying to train yourself to do something new? Want to work out? Well…commit the next 28 days to exercising. Want to stop procrastinating? Start making sure you complete all of tasks for the next 28 days. Although it may be difficult, once the month is up you’ll be deep into your good habit and no longer weighed down by the bad one.

What will you be doing for the next 28 days?
