Just in time for Valentine’s Day, 23-year-old singer Bryan J. is dropping a remake of Tevin Campbell’s classic ‘Can We Talk.’

Although I’m partial to the original (#memories), from the sound of things, Bryan J. is on the right track. And apparently Def Jam agrees. The young crooner is signed to their imprint, RedZone Entertainment, and is gearing up for his debut album.

Check out Bryan’s remake of ‘Can We Talk.’ What say you, Clutchettes…love it or leave it alone?

It was okay. I wouldn’t buy it though.

My fav song of Tevin’s. Don’t mind the cover. Today’s kids should listen to lyrics about talking and getting to know each other instead of ‘can we screw tonight?’ or ‘can I hit it and quit it?’

Meh…his acoustic version of Adele’s “Turning Tables” is much better. I just don’t like his version of this song. It’s completely unoriginal but I guess that’s pretty much the music scene these days *sigh*

Not bad, he does have a great voice.
