A first-grade teacher at Northwest Prepartory Academy Charter School in Humble, Texas said there’s no way in hell she fondled a student last month for two reasons:
A) the girl is black
B) she’s prejudice against black students
Esther Irene Stokes, 61, of Montgomery, Texas, was charged with indecency with a child on April 10th. The 7-year-old student told police that Stokes sent all the students out of the classroom and touched her on her “private part” on the outside of her clothes on March 1, according to a criminal complaint filed in the case.
“It’s just nasty, you 61, you grown, you have no business touching on nobody’s child,” said the victim’s mother.
“The victim said that she was in the classroom alone with the teacher and that the teacher touched her on the outside of her clothes, on what she called her ‘private part,’ her vaginal area,” said Humble Police Department Detective J. Blanchard.
Stokes denied the allegations.
“She (said she) doesn’t like to even touch the black children on their hand, she shies away when they try to hug her — she admitted to being prejudice,” Blanchard said.
Stokes’ attorney, Patty Maginnis said that Stokes was innocent “based on the facts that we know” that include school records and surveillance footage in the school hallway. It should also be noted that Stokes failed her polygraph test.
Stokes was fired after an investigation by charter school officials, according to a news release Tuesday from Miracle Education Systems, which operates the academy. Stokes had been placed on administrative leave after her arrest.
“I’m not a pedophile, I’m a racist”. I’m glad we cleared that up.
