A new video released by Daily Kos proves that the Ferguson police were not accurate in their assessment of the distance between Darren Wilson’s SUV and the area where Michael Brown was gunned down.

According to the results of the investigation, the teenager was about 148 feet away from the officer; But the Ferguson has always maintained that it was 35 feet.

Shaun King who painstakingly analyzed the video explained why it is abundantly clear that the police blatantly lied and it could have something to do with the fact that Brown was shot down in cold blood and the fact the distance was further than reported will prove that. “While the initial reporting of this distance from the chief could have been an error, albeit an egregious one, it seems clear now, after over 100 days of requests for the police to clarify this discrepancy have only produced silence, that it wasn’t an oversight, but a deliberate misrepresentation of the facts”.

The Daily Kos has more documents pertaining to the case including photos and illustrations of the incident on Canfield Drive, the area where the shooting took place.

Despite the damning evidence against Wilson, Jeff Roorda, the business manager for the St. Louis Police Officers’ Organization expressed that he is confident that Wilson will be vindicated.

Sometimes the truth is so simple……Police car stopped…..Boy was shot……..Measure the distance from the police car to the body.

130 feet….When you have all the power, truth, and “rights” mean little.

How likely is it that a police officer would be able to hit someone with his service pistol 6 times out of 10 at a distance of one half of a football field?
