The NYPD is on the hunt for a man who slashed and spat on a woman who wouldn’t talk to him on a Downtown Brooklyn subway station, cops said Tuesday.
The woman said a man tried to strike up a conversation at the Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall station on Saturday around 5:40 p.m, but she ignored him. After the man noticed she wasn’t interested he then spat on her. She then laughed and that’s when he slashed her arm.
The attacker, described as Hispanic, around 35-years-old, 5-foot-6 and weighing 165 pounds, then fled, police said.
Police released surveillance footage of the attacker, who wore a Yankees hat, blue tank top, sunglasses and a gold chain.
