Video captured from surveillance cameras show the two women pushing their butts against the man, even though it seems as though he’s asking them to stop. The video also shows one of the women grabbing and touching the man as he’s talking on a cell phone.

The incident occurred at 4 p.m. on Oct. 7 on New York Ave, NE.

Both women are facing third degree sexual abuse charges. Third degree sexual abuse includes inappropriate touching and “involves actual force, threats putting the person in fear of death, bodily injury or kidnapping,” according to D.C. statute.

Both women are wrong. Twerking among consent adults (with permission) in private is one thing. Yet, this man was twerked on without his permission. Human autonomy must be respected among men and women. No man and no woman should be violated of their physical personal space. The 2 women must be held accountable for their actions. The man could be married or had a girlfriend (and he wants to fulfill his fidelity to his spouse or girlfriend). Regardless if he was single or not, he should be respected of his space. It is never cool for anyone to twerk on someone without that person’s permission. I echo the sentiment of others here that the women are totally wrong.
