As a lot of the east coast prepared for a blizzard, one Maryland couple was preparing to make the memories last with an engagement photo shoot.
27-year-old Felicia Sam and 31-year-old David Nartey bared the weather and drove 40 minutes to Fort Meade to do their engagement photoshoot, according to ABC News,
“We had wanted to do a snow photo shoot for a long time,” Sam, 27, told ABC. “So any opportunity that presented itself, we were just going to take it. I heard on the news that there was going to be a blizzard so I said surely there’ll be snow. I called the photographer [Dotun Ayodeji] and said, ‘Are you up for it?’ And he said, ‘Oh my God, you’re reading my mind.’”
Once their photos were posted online, the immediately went viral!
With their backdrop being 29 inches of white snow, the couple says they couldn’t be any more happier. Well that’s until they have to dig their cars out!
“We always wanted to do a shoot in the snow,” Sam told BuzzFeed. “I like the white background, it’s so different.”
